Railway passengers: Govt has launched the super app ‘Rail One’ For all Service in one app

There is good news for crores of railway passengers of the country. Today Indian Railways has launched the super app RailOne. Now passengers will be able to do all the work related to railways from ticket booking to a single platform very easily.

For this, the government has launched the super app ‘RailOne’. This is another important step in the series of passenger facility reform.

These facilities will be available

Today, Union Minister for Railways, Information and Broadcasting and Electronics and Information Technology Ashwini Vaishnav launched the RailOne app at the 40th Foundation Day celebrations of CRIS. Information such as train running time, schedule, coach position, PNR status, live location of the train will also be available in this app. Also, passengers will not have to worry about food during the train journey as through this you will also get the facility to order food. Through the ‘Rail Madad’ feature available on the app, passengers can register complaints related to railways.

Facility ranging from reserved-unreserved to platform tickets

Through this app, you can book any reserved category seats (sleeper, AC) of Indian Railways as well as you can also get tickets for general coaches from here. For this, passengers have the option of ticket counter at the railway station or UTS mobile. Apart from this, you do not need to stand in line at the counter for platform tickets. You can get platform tickets through this app.

If for any reason you miss your train or you want a refund by cancelling your ticket, then you will also get this option on the RailOne app. On the other hand, if you want to share any feedback related to your train journey, so that the railways can improve its service, then you can give feedback here. You can download the RailOne app from Playstore and Appstore.
