New Delhi. If you are a customer of private sector HDFC Bank, then this is useful news for you. Actually, the bank has decided to stop a big facility for the customers.
Recently, HDFC Bank had informed that from June 25, it will not send SMS alerts for UPI transactions smaller than Rs 100 and deposits less than Rs 500. However, customers will continue to receive email notifications. The bank has appealed to the customers to update their email so that they keep getting notifications.
Those bank customers who have not linked their email ID to their HDFC Bank account can update their email ID to receive alerts. For this, the customer has to visit the official website of the bank.
