CM Yogi Adityanath issued order for government jobs in UP

CM Yogi Adityanath issued an order for government jobs in UP and said that wherever appointments are to be made, the concerned officers should send the data to the selection commission.

UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has issued orders to officials for government jobs. In the order issued by CM Yogi, it has been said that the data or information from the departments where there are vacancies and appointments are to be made should be immediately sent to the selection commissions. Information should be made online to simplify the appointment process. Before sending data or information for appointment, the rules and regulations should be thoroughly checked.

CM gave important instructions

A state government spokesperson said here that the Chief Minister reviewed the current status of public welfare projects in the state in a meeting with all the Additional Chief Secretary/Principal Secretary level officers of the state and gave necessary guidelines. The Chief Minister gave important instructions related to appointment on recruitable posts in the state. He said, “The demand from the departments where there are vacancies and appointments are to be made should be sent immediately to the selection commissions. Use the system of e-demand for ease of appointment process.

Avoid taking exams during summer season

CM Yogi also said, “The rules should be thoroughly examined before sending the demand for appointment. Contact the selection commissions. Do not send erroneous demands. Fix the time limit for the selection process.” In another directive, the Chief Minister said that the academic calendar in all educational institutions including universities, colleges, engineering colleges, polytechnics, ITI should be prepared in such a way that all the necessary examinations are completed by May 10. According to him, examinations should be avoided in the scorching heat.

CM Yogi held a review meeting with officials

CM Yogi Adityanath asked the officials to maintain better coordination with the departmental ministers and not to unnecessarily delay matters of public interest. He said that the first quarter of the financial year 2024-25 is about to end and all departments should ensure that the amount fixed in the current budget is spent properly. Emphasizing the need to speed up GST collection efforts, Adityanath said that targets should be given to the officers posted in the field and their performance should be made the basis for their promotion and deployment.

Officials should not cut electricity

In view of the scorching heat, the Chief Minister instructed not to cut electricity unnecessarily anywhere in the state and said that problems like burning of transformers, falling of wires and tripping should be resolved without delay. While giving instructions to clean the drains in view of the rains, he said that along with cleanliness in slums, regular fogging should also be done.
