BSNL starts home delivery of SIM cards in these cities: Details Here

There is no need to go anywhere to buy a BSNL SIM now. Now the company is providing SIM to its customers at home. Actually, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has started delivering SIM cards to the homes of its customers.

But this service is not available across the country. Initially, BSNL is doing home delivery of SIM cards only in Gurugram and Ghaziabad. This is currently for prepaid connections, and you can order a SIM for yourself by visiting this web page – https://prune.co.in/mno-bsnl/.

BSNL has partnered with Prune to provide SIM cards to its customers. However, private telecom operators are already providing this facility to their customers but the good thing is that now BSNL has also started it. You can choose one of the BSNL plans and then place an order, for this you can also download the Prune app on Google Play Store.

To order, you have to enter your personal details like phone number and delivery address. After that, the SIM will be delivered to the customer’s home. Remember that this facility has currently been started in Gurugram or Ghaziabad, if you also live here then you can experience this service of the company.

Will SIM delivery help BSNL add new customers?

For the last several years, BSNL has been losing its customers every quarter. This is not because the telecom company does not provide SIM to the customers, but it is because of the network services. First of all, BSNL has to ensure that it deploys 4G network in every corner of the country to compete with private telecom companies.

After that, SIM delivery at home and other things will make a big difference. BSNL’s mobile services revenue declined in FY24 due to continuous customer loss. If the telco does not set up a high-speed network in the coming time, then the coming time will be difficult for BSNL.
