UIDAI is developing this new app, and it is expected to launch by the end of 2025. The app will be available for both Android and iOS platforms. The new e-Aadhaar app will use artificial intelligence (AI) and facial recognition. This will not only speed up the update process but also reduce the risk of identity theft or fraud. A significant portion of Aadhaar information updates will now be done digitally through the app.
